• If contacted by email or form: if contacted via these forms or by email, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply. I will do my best to respond quickly.
• If contacted by phone or fax: note that I rarely answer my phone. Messages for me will be attended to as soon as possible, and I will do my best to respond quickly. Current clients are given priority.
• If you hire my services: critique consultations take a minimum of 1-2 weeks for a response. Copy writing works, depending on the number of projects in queue and length of the project itself, take 3-6 weeks.
• In case of emergencies: NEVER expect an immediate reply. However, there is a non-refundable 50% surcharge as an "emergency fee," such as for meeting a deadline. But realize that your crisis does not become mine.
• If you want priority service: all work and critiques are done in the order they are received. For replies, current clients are given priority. To have the privilege of being given priority, pay a $75 non-refundable access fee. (This is for contacting me only, and not for any service to be performed for you.)
